Cozy Warm is an exhibition that highlights the most welcomed feeling. Wrapped up in a blanket, a bear hug, the glow of a candle, an overstuffed couch, comfort food, puppy love, and nice memories. Last month, I invited artists from Arts of Life and beyond to contribute their interpretation of what it means to be cozy in their respective medium. Through this showcase, we invite you to share in the good feelings.
Katie Kimmel is a Mojave Desert-based artist and She received a BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2015 with a focus in ceramics. Katie’s work is heavily influenced by the love of her three dogs Pony, Muffin and Boss.
