A celebration of poetry in Chicago. Special tributes to some fallen poets including Sam Blechman, Lawrence Tyler, Carol Anderson, Helen Degan Cohen, and Gregory Curry. And a special tribute to recently departed Tom Roby. Special reading by Shelly Nation. We will be reading some new and old JJ Jameson poetry. Followed by a huge open mic. We will also have some music and books for sale. Come celebrate poetry month with us and have some food and drink.
