Self love is all about moving with your heart. It is a practice that allows us to extend grace, love and kindness to ourselves. With this yoga experience, we will practice the art of healing through:

-Gentle words of affirmation
-Elegant flows with the heart
-A complementary art tour

What will you need?

-Your favorite yoga mat (please note yoga mats are not provided)
