Oct 22nd 2019

Join us for a screening of Ej Nussbaum’s short film series 130 Ways of Breaking Up and Getting Over Ed, which personifies her eating disorder as a bad ex. Nussbaum will discuss how art is a space where material and symbolic change are co-constructive.

Lunch will be provided.

Hosted by UIC Women’s Leadership and Resource Center as part of its Feminisms Lunch Lecture series.

Ej Nussbaum is a Chicago-based experimental artist and MFA candidate at UIC. She earned her BA in Material Culture and Labor Studies from Hampshire College.
