Possession: Paintings by Kevin Slattery is on exhibition from May 2nd to the 5th. An opening reception will be held Thursday, May 2nd, from 6:30 pm to 10 pm.

Inspired by the people he has met, the connections he’s made, as well as an exploration self. His paintings are portraits, self-portraits, and figurative works of himself and others. His work explores beauty, masculinity, and same-sex relationships.

Kevin Slattery is a mostly self-taught artist. Working with acrylic and oil paint on canvas and wood panels. He has previously been exhibited at the Hairpin Arts Center. He currently lives and works in Chicago.
