Joshua Kent: Starkfield, Massachusetts

. . . there were perceptible gaps between his facts, and I had the sense that the deeper meaning of the story was in the gaps.

Reception: Saturday, March 7 // 6 PM at W. Birchwood Ave & N. Sheridan Rd

Starkfield, Massachusetts examines the nature of narrative, trauma, and constructed meaning in relationship to authenticity and artifice.

Joshua Kent is an interdisciplinary artist, whose visual and performative practice navigates the intersection of movement research and sculptural installation.

This work is an off-site, domestic installation, hosted by Roman Susan and a handful of kind and generous Rogers Park residents. To visit Starkfield by appointment, please contact gallery@romansusan.org.
